Most systems are normal, with isolated minor findings such as benign skin and colon issues, which require no immediate intervention. Proposed follow-ups are routine and spaced appropriately based on current findings. Cardiac, pulmonary, neurological, and other systems show no disease or deficiency; laboratory results support stable health status.
