It suggests densifying centers with comparative advantages, strengthening connectivity, and aligning sector strategies with urban development to ensure sustainable use of natural resources while mitigating the crisis in the livestock sector. The framework offers a roadmap for strategic decision-making and prioritization to enhance territorial balances and sustainability for inclusive growth.
