Core Market Trends
The Brisbane industrial market showed continued strength in Q2 2026, with rental growth remaining robust across both prime and secondary sectors. Key highlights include:
- Prime net face rent increased by 2.6% quarter-on-quarter, with an annual growth of 10.4%.
- Secondary net face rent rose by 2.7% q/q, achieving an annual growth of 8.7%.
