Proposed INN: List 95 (WHO Drug Information, Vol.20, No. 2, 2006)

This document announces a list of Proposed International Nonproprietary Names (INN) for pharmaceutical substances.

1. Notice: The names in this list (List 95) are under consideration by the World Health Organization as Proposed INN.
2. Consideration: Inclusion does not imply recommendation for use.
3. Comments/Objections: Input (comments or formal objections) must be submitted within four months of publication (by December 21, 2006).
4. Submissions: Send to the INN Programme of the World Health Organization.
5. Additional Information:
   • The summaries provided include chemical names, descriptions, actions, uses, molecular formulas, CAS registry numbers, and graphic formulas.
   • Links to the full text (in different languages) and electronic structure are provided.
   • Deadlines for comments (Article 4) and objections (Article 5) are also detailed.
