Influenza Activity:
- Northern Hemisphere: Elevated activity persisted in Europe, North America, Central America/Caribbean, Western Africa, Northern Africa, and parts of Asia. Multiple regions in Europe, Asia, and one Western African country reported increased activity. Predominant strains varied: A/H3N2 in Central America/Caribbean and Northern Africa, B in Western Africa, H3N2 in Northern Africa and parts of Asia, A predominant in most of Europe and North America.
- Southern Hemisphere: Elevated activity was noted in Tropical South America, Eastern Africa, and Melanesia, mostly with influenza B or A(H1N1)pdm09. Activity was stable or declining in most other reporting countries.

SARS-CoV-2 Activity:
- Activity remained elevated or was moderately increasing in parts of South-West Europe, South America, Eastern/Southern Africa, and South Asia. Reports noted increased activity in individual countries within Eastern/South Asia and Africa.
- Elsewhere, activity remained low with stable or declining trends.
