• Cumulative cases from week 1 to 10: 4,478 cases, 468 deaths, lethality rate 10.5%.
• Key countries with high caseload:
  • Burkina Faso: 196 cases.
  • Nigeria: 62 cases, but only 1 in epidemic phase; several districts at high risk.
  • Benin: 35 cases.
  • Guinea: 18 cases.
  • Ghana: 18 cases.
  • Burkina Faso (specific districts): Seven districts in alert phase (notable: Garango in week 10 entering epidemic).
• Alerts and epidemic phases:
