- Marketers predict stronger growth in the next year (8.9%) and in five years (11.9%).
- Traditional advertising spending is in negative growth (-0.3%), while social media spending has decreased to 11.3% of marketing budgets, down from 12.1% in Fall 2024.
- B2C Product companies are the most optimistic about future social media spending, with 19.2% currently allocated and expected to rise to 21.5% in one year and 27.7% in five years.

- "Demonstrating the impact of marketing actions on financial outcomes" remains the top challenge for marketing leaders (64.0%), up from 61.2% in 2023.
- There is increased pressure from the CEO (61%), Board (50%), and CFO (63%) to prove marketing value.
- Marketers are more optimistic about a top marketing leader becoming CEO (43.4% "likely" or "very likely").
